Last week we were on the road again. Matt had a business trip to Atlanta that I got to tag along on, so these 2 rascals stayed with grandparents. In a historic Mills family event, we decided to try sending one kid with each set of grandparents while we were gone. They did great and I think everyone really enjoyed having some one-on-one time.
Our friends, the Rumseys, just moved to Atlanta about a month ago, so we were excited for a chance to visit with them while we were there. On Thursday, Rachel and I took their little boy, Gideon, to the World of Coke Museum. He was super excited to see the giant polar bear while we were there. We got to try a ton of different Coke products from around the world, which was pretty cool, except for the one that tasted like fluoride from the dentist's office - pretty sure I discretely spit that one back in my cup!
Downtown Atlanta was SO beautiful - perfect day to be outside!
Matt and I had a dinner meeting to attend, as well.

On Sunday, the boys went to the Thunder game. Ryan was pretty pumped about this event, since he's seen the movie "Thunder struck" and figured he'd get to go play down on the court with KD.
The girls were ready to go for a girls day - and Miss Kenley was all ready to chauffeur us around OKC.
We hit the mall first for a little shopping (and play time too!)
Of course, all that shopping made us hungry. So we headed to Pinkitzle for cupcakes and sparkling pink lemonade - yum!
The boys Thundered up with the best of them and cheered the team on to victory! Throughout the drive home we would hear Ryan randomly chanting "De-fence!" Even though he didn't make it to the court, Ryan definitely had a blast...he told me he's ready to go again!
