We had SO much fun that we can't wait to come back!
As you may have heard, the Mills family loves Branson, Missouri. They have been going every year for 21 years now (this year will be my 7th trip) and this summer will be no exception. We always have a great time hanging out at the pool, playing mini golf, and shopping at the outlet malls. It is really fun to visit with Matt's family, including his extended family, who always make the trip fun. This past weekend we made a trip up there, so Kate and Ryan got a test run before this summer. The drive on Friday night got a little hairy during the long stretch from Tulsa to Vinita (47 miles and no where to stop) but other than that, it was a fun trip. We go to spend Friday night with the Hayward family (Matt's cousin) at their beautiful new home. Saturday we packed up and headed into Branson. Kate and Ryan enjoyed riding in the stroller at the outlet mall as well as to dinner at the Hard Luck Diner. The servers sing there, and one of the girls sang "Hopelessly Devoted to You" (from Grease) to Ryan and he was in love. It was a lot of fun and we are thankful to Nana and Poppy for coming along to help, as well as the Haywards for their hospitality and extra hands. I am looking forward to going back this summer...look out Branson, we'll be back!
