Kate and Ryan have now attended 2 birthday parties. One for Cousin Cori, who turned the big 3, and another for Meemaw (Matt's grandma), who turned the big 80. They both had a good time at both parties, although Katie is definitely more interested than Ryan is in all of the festivities. It has been fun to get out more with them. They enjoy having new things to look at and people to "talk" to. We went out to Goldie's last week with Grammy and Papa, where Ryan slept in his car seat and Kate sat up and smiled and cooed at everyone that came to the pickle bar. She had so much fun in fact, that she cried when it was time to go. We are definitely looking forward to warmer weather so we can spend more time outside and less time cooped up in doors. Now I know what mom's are always complaining about during the winter...cabin fever really does exist!
